I am from Poem
I wrote a poem about who am with an outline Regina gave us in class. It was easy writing out the poem, I had it all done in five minutes. I wrote about where I come from, how my home looks, how my family is like, the other reasons why I have a bad attitude (MOM! DAD!), and my influences in life.

Watermark, Personal Narrative
In my watermark/personal narrative, I wrote about my dad leaving to Mexico constantly and how that left a mark on me. In the beginning of the watermark, I wrote a flashback of how I would react to seeing my dad after him being gone for a few week. Happy, cheerful. Then I wrote about how I act recently when he comes back home after a few weeks... or months. Careless. I wrote about why his absence had changed the way I act around other and my attitude in general.

Valuable Object
I wrote about why my writing notebook means so much to me, how I got the notebook, how the notebook looks like, what is inside my notebook. I refer to my notebook as my colorful notebook, which is pretty obvious why.
The Colorful Notebook Waiting in line at Staples, a little girl holds a big colorful notebook. “Mom, we are going to buy me a writing pad. No complaining.” A playful smirk appears on the girl’s face as the woman sighs, “Whatever, let’s just hurry up so we can go home.” There’s colorful book that I carry to school everyday. I easily get distracted by it everywhere I go. My hand sometimes twitches, telling me to pick up a pen and start writing about what comes to me. The college ruled paper stacked in it is contained with writings, notes, and drafts to many stories that go unfinished or rewritten. 120 pages of writing material or blank pages. Some pages have sticky notes, telling me to rewrite a chapter or to eliminate a scene, some tell me when to update on Wattpad and Quotev. Pictures are taped to several pages, showing how I see my character or just putting the latest version of the story’s cover page. Everything I have posted online or worked on over the years were in my notebook. Oldest stories all the way up to my latest fanfiction are in there. My notebook carries all of my writing. All of the drafts, fanfiction, and ideas I have made up. It has all of my creativity packed inside the 120 pages. It has all of my smiles, heartache, anger, and tears. My colorful notebook. TED ProjectStudents create a speech of a topic of their choosing and use ethos, pathos, logos to attract the audience also including the statistics you have found in the computer science part of the project. My Ted Talk is about optimists and pessimists, why it is better to be an optimist.

Freedom of Speech PoemVoices are songs meant to be sung
The voice is a speaker turned up higher Our words light up like fires keeping us warm in the night Hear us yell our tales That we love to share to the world You can hear us, but you can’t stop us Come with me to listen to our dreams We say what we want in our own world Because it makes it a better place And if we don’t reveal what we care about here We will fall apart and fade away. |

Link to Journal For our Lost In Space project, we created a character who had to go through a situation similar to how Mark Watney how to survive on Mars in The Martian. I wrote a journal of how my character was a biology engineer and that he had to survive a tsunami.
